Kauai Zipline Tour

If you're looking for a great full day activity a Kauai zipline tour is just the ticket. This activity includes kayaking, ziplining, hiking, a visit to swim at a waterfall, a rope swing over a river, a hayride across Kipu Ranch, and a ride home on an exotic motorized canoe.

It all starts with invigorating kayak trip on a beautiful jungle stream in two-person style kayaks. You paddle through the Hule'ia Wildlife Refuge and past the Alekoko Fishpond, a living archaeological site. Kauai's Haupu Mountain Range, is the backdrop for the entire 2-mile trip

At the end of our paddle, you tie your kayak to a tree and walk to an area of waterfalls and a swimming hole.

You can even swing on the same one Harrison Ford used in "Raiders of the Lost Ark".

After the swimming hole, the tour heads off in a covered wagon for a scenic trip across Kipu Ranch.

As we head for Kipu Falls, you're likely to see wild boar, peacocks and pheasant as we traverse the expansive Ranch.

Following lunch, you have the option of taking a ride on a 275' zipline over a waterfall and river, returning on foot via an 80' suspension bridge.

State-of-the-art equipment and procedures make for a 100% safe and exhilarating "extreme" zip experience.

The terrain creates a safe launching platform that wraps around a Banyan tree featuring a 30 ft diameter trunk.

You're outfitted in mountain climbing harnesses and helmets and walk through the Banyan roots to get to the launch area.

After your zip experience we continue the tour along a forest trail to beautiful Kipu Falls for swimming. If you're adventurous, you can jump into swimming hole at the base of waterfalls or swing on the rope tied to tree branches high above mountain pools.

From there, you conclude your Kauai zipline tour by cruising on an exotic and unique twin-hulled powered Hawaiian canoe for the delightful cruise back down river: a fun ending to a fun day.

So if filling a day on with one activity is on your list of things to do, a this tour is a must do event teh whole family will be talking about for years.
